Intense aromas of ripe red and black fruit mingle with cocoa, coffee cinnamon and vanilla notes.

Flavour

The palate is dominated by a powerful fruit character. Ripe juicy tannins are balanced by a clean, natural acidity. The finish has outstanding length and is incredibly smooth.

Food Matching

Pairs very well with a wide array of meat and fish dishes. It works very well with roast vegetables.
